So...in your opinion "they" don't have to inform the investing public of the departure of Will Hartley....who was described in an earlier.. company issued press release as Senior VP-residential sales?

you have stated numerous times that Expo Holding's management team is "remarkably transparent".

why issue a PR announcing his appointment to Senior VP in the first place? Did JD HAVE TO?

Lets say you hired a carpenter to build a deck...we'll call him Mr. Glenn Harrdlysmart ...lets say you paid him in advance...then Mr. Harrdlysmart avoided you for months...you then had to hunt him down...abduct him at gun-point and force him to build your deck...meaning Mr. Harrdlysmart then HAD to build the deck...would that make Mr. Harrdlysmart a "remarkable carpenter"?

Any public company that can't
or won't file quarterly and
annual financials and accurate
share data should be shut down
or forced to go private (IMNSHO).

If they want to feed at the public
trough, they must file, end of story.

which is why i'm waiting on the *intent* of the new ceo
to articulate what is what where ETC is concerned

It won't really matter what their intent is since the company let the provisional patent die, took down the website, and basically realized what a stupid idea the ETC crapinets were in the first place.

I would think that someone will take a sasquatch home to meet the folks before there is a new CEO for this dung pile of a company!!!!

It is called etc. It is not capitalized. Further proof that the company can't market anything and failed the fake launch.
