you have stated numerous times that Expo Holding's management team is "remarkably transparent".

why issue a PR announcing his appointment to Senior VP in the first place? Did JD HAVE TO?

Lets say you hired a carpenter to build a deck...we'll call him Mr. Glenn Harrdlysmart ...lets say you paid him in advance...then Mr. Harrdlysmart avoided you for months...you then had to hunt him down...abduct him at gun-point and force him to build your deck...meaning Mr. Harrdlysmart then HAD to build the deck...would that make Mr. Harrdlysmart a "remarkable carpenter"?
