On the past raises and conserving shares strategy, I also noted that Clark managed to wean investors off the trough of 100% warrant matches to 50% to nada in about 3 months or so and still managed to raise more money than ever before in a shorter and shorter time frame.
That in itself speaks volumes about the integrity of the plan going forward and preservation of shareholder value without gift dilutions. Big change from the free share grabs of prior managements and "outside" consultants.
That was further exemplified by Estrella giving back his 5 million share hiring bonus of free shares in Dec.
It's called doing the right thing for the common good.
