Stubby................there is no deal until the papers are signed. The judge must then approve and dismiss the chapter 7.

They have done this dance before and wound up in court and chapter 7.

I'll believe there is a deal when it is PR'd and the Q gets off the end of this ticker.

Wer're getting more than that. We are getting updated that the agreement is in progress. We received a pretty good idea that the paperwork should be coming this weekend. If they miss it a day or two, I can live with that. Remember, these are only estimates of time.

Professional peoples time is scheduled on calendars in advance. Not every party is available on moments notice. If they are busy, they get around to it when they can. This is what drags out schedules.

The fact we have received a report that they are expecting the paperwork at xmdc anytime is good and progressive.

I will continue to call Nadine and ask the questions we are looking for answers. At this time, all I question is did you get it? When to you expect to get it back to Sam? I only ask questions that may come with an answer. That way I can keep good diolog with Nadine. I think she understands the shareholders position & concerns.
