#362 RE: stockefeller #361

still skeptical....and yes i have talked to marlena a number of times....seems like a young high school kid they pay to answer the phone....

not sure how many shares are owned by directors or even if that knowledge is public....i think that if two of the directors want it...as stated ...then why wouldnt it go through.....?????

why wouldnt retail investors want to vote yes for a 150% plus gain???? if it is legit no way it doesnt go through unless the one director has enough shares to block..

anyone able to find a way to contact B51..the buying comapny???

I know I'm repeating (for emphasis) somewhat but if this chart is accurate I think the deal well go thru - maybe even at a little higher price: http://host.businessweek.com/businessweek/Corporate_Snapshot.html?Symbol=mtdx&Timespan=1300

Everything points to a ligit buyout deal for what was a developement stage company with a unique product. The volatility and low price are easily explained from the fact that it's a pink sheet stock and has few people are trading the stock and that's it in a nut shell. All you can do is hope that the money is there and wait.

I just hope IAO comes back for some of those long term holders. Hope is a great thing but sometimes you should just sell and move on to some other security.
