While September sounds good,
in that we haven't even seen any sign of
initiating the proxy mailings, I think that
it is a real crap shoot projecting what we
may or may not see when.

I'll not be convinced that it is going to
happen or when it may happen until I see
it happening. I'm in 100% show me mode.
