Let's assume Google buys IDCC on a 'one for one' basis; now each IDCC option would become a GOOGLE option at the same strike and equal expiration date.
If the deal were one GOOGLE share for two IDCC shares, then the IDCC option would convert to half a Google option at the IDCC strike price (i.e. two IDCC option would become one Google option).
As simple as that!
