I don't know... The only thing that matters here is efficiency. Rigging something up where water goes in on one end, microwaves are involved and it comes out warmer on the other end can be rigged up very easily. We all know it would work. Only thing that matters is how much electricity you are putting in and how much hotter the water is. Production costs should be ok, nothing overly complicated involved.
