Negotiations can take forever. Ironing out what will be the template for mass expansion can't be easy. Many of us have probably seen a few examples of deals taking as much as a year or two longer than everyone expected.
Large profits to be made on both sides. Both parties have to protect their interest, which are far different, going forward.
IMO, once confirmation of 400+ barrels/week is being produced and sold on a consistent weekly basis that the stock won't see below $4 again. Does $1.50-1.75 offer enough discount to the time it takes to confirm this or land a JV? No idea. I am just confident that the day will come like many of the other past hurdles that had to be overcome. One or two last big ones, and then we are off into the promised land, from my perspective, but we all shall see in the fullness of time ;-)
