What happened to "I'm buying at .09?"

From reading some links on Lockheeds' problem yesterday,a few things come to mind. They had an "anomaly" after reaching 32K feet,this was the reason for the "controlled descent" after launching "1 hour" previously. This landing doesn't sound much like a controlled descent to me after flying for roughly 2.5 hours ,and yes i hope we're learning something from this. gl
