Weel, after (4) telephone calls to the New Jersey Commerce Department, New Jersey Department of Treasuries, New Jersey State Business Gateway Servies, and $5.00 in expense, I have located I. P. Technology Holdings, Inc. In fact they are a newly incorporated entity in New Jersey.
