Do you ever fry your green tomatoes? I know it's primarily a southern thing...but those little things look like they'd be delicious battered and deep fried.
The zuchinni and butternut squash have enormous blooms on them. (4" diam. blooms, about 5" long.)
If you have too many zucchini, eat the blossoms. They're very good stuffed and fried. You could do the same with the squash blossoms. Scroll down here for recipes:
