I do! Both of my parents from the south, 3rd generation coal-miners...Dad came to Milwaukee when the mine around Central City, KY...were winding down.

Easyest is slice 'em and flop 'em in bisquick or dry pancake-mix...(I allus salt 'n pepper 'em first, after slicin')
If you really want 'em "southern-style", you got to fry 'em in lard! (Some PPL think they's living forever, and won't do that...)
