Nice post. I think we all had better hope the #1 scenerio plays out, because if it doesn't IMO we may have resource problems going forward.

I personally believe PTQ needs L.P. for it's future growth plans. We all know Molejon is limited in it's resources and to date our big hopes about ODN haven't come to fruition.

If CMR doesn't have the mining rights to L.P. now I really don't know what they stand to gain by claiming they do. I would only guess that if they don't have the mineral rights then they couldn't file a legitimate lawsuit against PTQ.

I agree with you. I don't think this potential acquistion is priced into the shares right now, simply because of the uncertainty hanging over it, but it is encouraging to see the SP moving higher now. Maybe someone knows something, we the lowly shareholders don't know.
