can someone educate me on Huawei's response about crosslicense and being able to defend with it?
i find it difficult to understand why they think it is difficult to see the motivation.
last i checked idcc doesn't have a need to cross license with anybody. i don't even see why that is an argument unless someone is providing indemnfication for them.
