I agree. They had already had multiple filings that were all dealing with the "corporate reorganization". My guess is that they missed something somewhere and it just caused a technical problem. I have read all the new by-laws and stuff that went into play a few months back with the filings. They made a lot of changes and it looks like they were all done for important reasons. I suspect Jeff wants every thing perfect moving forward with this corporation. I will give them some time to get it fixed. Looks like the stock is close to rock bottom anyway. I will probably just add shares and wait. No one puts this amount of effort into building a corporation unless they have serious plans. I am sure of it.
