Jim.....sorry if I misquoted you. When I stated you spoke with the company I guess I was assuming the T/A was in contact with the company, or perhaps I assumed incorrectly you spoke to their I.R..
My point actually was that I had not spoken to anyone, so anything I read had to be considered as hearsay.
