Waitedg: You are correct, FASC could increase by 300% and still be a bargain if the news that moved it to the .07 to .08 range was the real deal. That is what we are hoping for at this point - news that there is a new machine in town and a brighter future for the company as a result.
The company will still need to prove itself. The machine will have to perform well at the SDTC site(s). In my opinion, there is a delay at this point because they do not know whether to set up for cogeneration, recycling or both. The research on using the fibers to recycle back into the paper making may not be complete. And even if the show it will work, they may require more development to enable that process. They want to make sure they deliver the biggest bang for the buck.
I hope we find out more soon. Talk about down to the wire.
