As some of you are well aware, XplosiveStocks.com was the victim of a vicious slander campaign this afternoon and after much contemplation we have decided that we will not be the victims of outright blasphemy and bullying.
Here in will be our official statement, and we will publish the necessary proof and evidence to back up our statements.
?XplosiveStocks.com has been the victim of a very sad slandering campaign today. It is a sad day when people must resort to airing their dirty laundry in public in order to achieve some sort of impact in a vengeful manner. After much verification and analysis the guilty parties of this slander have shown themselves to be Dan Ryan of PennyStockChaser.com and the CFO of MBST. The allegations put forth have no merit whatsoever and we are sad to see that it has come down to these levels. In all our years, our team has had the greatest respect and esteem for all parties and we are very disappointed to see and witness such behaviour, but such is the nature of the industry.
Today?s announcement was hot on the heels of a visit by the CFO of MBST to montreal and to the offices of Dan Ryan. XplosiveStocks.com and Mr. Tony Papa in no way, at any given time represented themselves to be anyone but themselves. It is not in either party?s interest to pursue acts of misrepresentation. We have worked long and hard to establish our credibility and integrity and need not pretend to be anyone else but ourselves. We believe in our company, our website, our newsletter and most of all the dedicated behind the scenes team that brings you information we hold to be true and real. Having said this never have we or will we pretend to be someone else, we simply do not nor will not operate in this manner.
The whole campaign was a retribution for Mr. Tony Papa?s belief in a code of ethics and moral upstanding. Mr. Papa and XplosiveStocks.com refused to publish rubbish on behalf of others in order to obtain personal benefit and entice honest, hardworking investors to throw away their hard earned monies. This refusal did not sit well with the CFO, and the directors of ?PSC?. XplosiveStocks.com will not ever nor has ever published false information for the personal benefit of a privileged few and a great loss to others.

I would like to set out the following so to make things clear in a very orderly manner
Orriginally Ken Weiner was approached to promote MBST with PennyStockChaser He and Onyx and I were then led to believe that you are PennyStockChaser and the shares were transfered to your account accordingly . As you may be aware a very lengthy process was involved to have the shares transferred It then came to believe that you are not PennyStockChaser I managed to contact Dan who has been very helpfull and told me that you two are to work out a deal for MBST and that you will transfer him the shares accordingly or a majority portion thereof.
Please note that I had nothing to do with the material sent over the internet by Ken Weiner in any way .
Currently what we would like to do is have the shares transfered to PennyStockChaser so we can all get on with business .
Can you please sort this out with Dan and keep me updated Regards Asher

I would like to report on Tony papa from Xplosivestocks.com . Tony represented himself as a partner of Pennystockchaser.com. My client wanted chaser hired and we sent Tony 250k worth of stock to run the program. Tony places the profile on Xplosivestocks with no results. I complained and told him to please put on Pennystockchaser and he agreed it would go that night. Profile never goes andTony admits he is not Chaser anymore. He used to be partners with Dan Ryan, but said they split up.
I have no idea what the true story is except that Tony Papa misrepresented himself and never did the program as promised.
