Well - have you ever tried to get out of a Jury Duty call?

You don't show up and some Local or District Judge can swear out a bench warrent for you, and a local Sheriff can come by and bring you down.

My guess is - as a sitting Judge, she will be dismissed from the pool almost immediately - but she still has to show up for the morning cattle call.
