Nope. It can be seen that some of us decided to trust Ken's plan for SDVI after most of the assets were to be turned over to Graff. Reward us. Penalize the those who bailed. 1 to 1.

Unfortunately your conversion didn't work out. That's the gamble you took. Those who didn't convert took a gamble as well, so why penalize them?

This is a risky place to invest. Just hope for value and profit in your converted shares, and be glad if you break even at this point.
