Given that some of us took the risk to convert to GRAF, I feel the conversion now should be greater than 200 to 1. Many who converted payed more than the current price and we should not be penalized so that the current SDVI holders who paid less get the benefit.

I vote for 400 or 500 to 1.

At 500 to 1, the new share structure would allow for a great PPS growth based on strong game sales and profit.

The O/S shares would be in the 15 million range, providing there is no further dilution for any reason and a good sales season would yield about $.10 EPS. At a 10 multiple we are looking at $1 share price by q-1 12.
