I'm actually in Colorado, my land is in Texas. The Eagle Ford Shale right now is the hottest play in the states. The operator who is drilling our wells just paid $21,450,000 for more Eagle Ford acreage (13,000 acres) a couple of months back. They paid us a ridiculous amount of money up front just to do the seismic.
