Many contracts have automatically renewal clauses unless one of the parties puts the other on notice that the relationship will end. Sorry, guys but I'd feel much better seeing a PR saying they've put Hilbroy on notice that the contractual relationship is terminated. With the allegations from the Quebec authority, IMO that should have been automatic grounds for WDRP to immediately terminate the contract. The connection needs to be cut NOW!!!! That is what a real CEO would be doing as part of damage control here.

How do you know this? I think it's a bad assumption without seeing any evidence of a contract.
