I just got back from vacation and didn't get a chance to post several updates.
Here is the latest, and it sure nice to to see this with a pretty solid rating-several weeks ago it was at the worst possible -100.

ADVANCED CELL TECH (NASDAQ:ACTC) Uptrend
Smart Scan Chart Analysis is showing some near term weakness. However, this market remains in the confines of a longer term Uptrend with tight money management stops.
Based on a pre-defined weighted trend formula for chart analysis, ACTC scored +70 on a scale from -100 (strong downtrend) to +100 (strong uptrend):

+10 Last Hour Close Above 5 Hour Moving Average
+15 New 3 Day High on Friday
+20 Last Price Above 20 Day Moving Average
+25 New 3 Week High, Week Ending July 16th
-30 New 3 Month Low in July

+70 Total Score

Open High Low ACTC Price Change
0.1900 0.1919 0.1850 0.1919 +0.0059

Rocky, thanks for all this mid year info/stats.
Unfortunately, interpretation of these not being my area of expertise, and at best being a long term average hack, I'm gonna put myself down in questioning my judgement/assessment going forward as not the most positive, as further dilution going forward seems in the cards?

ACTC is in such a fluid and dynamic situation given the: possible impact of october and subsequent data from clinicals; fom s. korea; from possible new partnering; from possible new CIRM funding; etc., etc., that It's hard to impossible to begin to see through it all.

I remain terribly excited about ACTC, but technicals and the lack of commercialization to date will probably almost always rule, imo, unless all hell breaks loose come october?
I don't have a feel for factors like any illegal naked shorting going on, nor the boards thinking on rs, etc?
There are so many imponderables.

One thing that's kinda comforting short term, if the US debt situation is not positively resolved come aug. 2, I think ACTC will hold up percentage -wise better than the most all fund stocks, to the degree that that's any consolidation.
