anything you read about a *3-5* year hold is GARBAGE.

not with me

and i've got the records to prove it :)

the only person who has ever posted in this *vehicle*
about a 3 to 5 year window is me .. and i have that
time frame on every legit co. on the OTC that i invest in
for a very good reason .. i'm very familiar with co.s both
in start up phase and in transition phase ..

expo fits my criteria .. i may expand the time horizon due
to the god awful crappiest economy in OVER 70 YEARS

which i've never discounted

notice the use of the word MY & I

MY DD .. i do it consistently and not after the horse
has left the barn

but DD is ongoing .. it was truly clear who understood what
investing in an unregistered stock is about <risk/reward wise>

but mostly it's clear who understands the process .. including
the cost of a shell to do a R/M <come public> and what being on
the grays meant b4 *trading* on the pks got underway .. to say
nothing of the pitfalls of any legit co. *trading* on the poorly
watched OTC that an employee of the sec admits was set up for BS
