I doubt EXPH will last another 3 to 5 Months.
*3 to 5 years* is not a wise investment model with a non-transparent, diluting, insolvent, money-losing Pinkie such as EXPH.

but mostly it's clear who understands the process

Who would that be? I am proceeding from the FACT that like EXPH, every mentioned entity in that same IHUB board context of 3 to 5 years buy and hold as EXPH has lost money or gone dark at non-report range trading. Like Expo Holdings, all have crashed and burned or, shelved their inert shells, never to arise again. Expo is currently headed toward no report trading again and if the chat board messages about the company can be perceived as true, will soon be facing an ominous and perhaps multi $100K dollar+ shareholder lawsuit. For filing misleading amendments in a public government forum that purposefully misled shareholders. That suit could and may well end Expo Holdings for good. That would make the cycle complete at 100% losses. IMHO.

but mostly it's clear who understands the process .. including
the cost of a shell to do a R/M <come public> and what being on
the grays meant b4 *trading* on the pks got underway .. to say
nothing of the pitfalls of any legit co. *trading* on the poorly
watched OTC that an employee of the sec admits was set up for BS

Which has raised worrisome, but valid, questions in my mind. My questions will submitted to the SEC.
