There has to be a seller, as nearly $50K was traded this week alone and the majority of it all was on the Bid all week. So here it is again.... Another week gone by.. Apparently the word imminent is like the word "inconceivable", throw it around too many times and one starts to wonder... Name/symbol change is apparently not so easy. By the way, the company info tab has been that way for weeks, and is also updated by the company.
