looking better than I thought. Read the 10Q too fast, thanks for pointing those things out. So looks like about $1.50 going forward vs a $3.90 stock price. I guess based on GURE and CCCL that UTA should be selling around $3.50, but who knows. What I think will happen is, UTA will rally on the open for the shorts covering, but will fall back within a few days to the $3s again, and that will be the time to buy.

UTA: they also had a gain of 350K from derivatives. So if you substract that, I get a non GAAP eps of 0.245 for Q1'11.
