UTA made 0.26 non-gaap EPS for March quarter, you need to take the 900k-ish stock-compensation out. Last year's fully diluted was 0.20 EPS.

Q1 tends to be one of the weaker quarters for the company if previous years are any indication, which is why I use YoY number comparisons. The company makes more in Q2 and Q3. To give you an idea of seasonality, last year they made 0.20 EPS in Q1, 0.31 EPS in Q2, 0.36 EPS in Q3 -- Fully diluted.

Regarding cash per share, your incorrect. They have 58M pure cash, like 500k restricted cash, and like 19.5M cash invested at a bank (its under 'short-term investments' in the 10-Q. More info about that can be gotten in the 10-K). Cash per fully diluted share is like $3.81 or so.
