Yeah they would have to show a bit more proof then a few documents via email. The funny thing is, would you send 40k to someone without some sort of collateral. I mean come on people. Maybe WL knew they would have no grounds to stand on since they arent supposed to be involved in penny stocks in the first place so he knew he was good. I hope thats not his thinking but dont quite know why it got to this point. In reality if the lawsuit is real and correct, I dont know why they didnt just issue the shares to them. I mean we wouldnt be a company if this suit is real, they made it happen. Granted that is if all of what the lawsuit is saying is true. IMO of course.
Not to be the bearer of bad news...but I was getting my degree in law and verbal contracts have some standing in court. I will have to look in some books and notes on contract law and get back to you all. We have so many great things going for us in this company that I'm not too worried about this suit. Just a small bump in the road to our success. Just confirming...what state is the suit being tried?
