Good. I would welcome your legal comments on this matter. I think all of the shareholders would love some clarification on what's going on.

But please make sure to provide resources backing up claims.

My personal view is an open and honest view of the situation. If it's frivolous, great!!! If it's something we should be concerned about, I'd rather know now than later. I'd love to see MMTE hit .05 as it was alleged that WL said, but my hopes of that price point doesn't mean I'll ignore reality if the truth is different.

Since there plaintiffs do have wire transfer info on loaning $40,000.00 to William, that will be valid in court. Now issuing shares in return for loan since there are not written and signed agreement, that will be difficult to decide on..........most likely would be thrown out............jmo.
