In my experience if you dont have a signed document you aint got nothing. Emails are just barely being considered relevant material in the court of law. I do graphic work all day long, you know how easy it is to replicate an email. A signature and a legitimate signature only would have any weight.
And I would think you guys should no better, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Didnt you watch Casey Anthony?
To tell you the truth , if the guys filing the suit are.already known to shady and it is documented by the fact they are banned from the OTC. That will have some bearing on the. Case as well . Judges DO NOT LIKE LIERS AT ALL . And if they even look for one second to be trying to pull a fast one it can be thrown out with a quickness . Especially if WL is well known for honesty and minds his P'S and Q'S during litigation.
