There is a big problem with this Co. How could Richard and Robert not know what was going on with Andrew Barakett? They obviously hired this guy a both benefited from Andrew's employmnent. And answere this question, how was Andrew paid? Stock, cash. Let Robert and Richard explain this to us. No problems ha! Good grief man!
