you obviously do not understand SEC verbiage--"questions have arisen" comment means evidence of outright Fraud--SEC always gives enough time for a company to respond to their questions BEFORE they suspend the stock--in most cases, then, past PR's of the suspended company, with regard to the common stock shareholders,are outright lies
