Yes its major issue when SEC is involved, but SEC specifically said "questions have arisen".

Unless we have a copy of those actual "questions" that has arisen, is it safe to say, we are all just "speculating"?

I'm Confused as to why some are pushing a strange idea that the sec ALREADY had evidence of wrongdoing...case closed..game over.
Please advise.
