i'll answer my own ? the por #6 the judge wanted new valuations OF THE NOLS ,and also valuations ,susman hand delivered the saloman report to rosens office ,this is when rosen knew it was over for him ,you would think they would of got into these valuations big time at the hearing esp. being that blackstones values are way undervalued and a ton of missing assets but they didn't only the value of the new co..this tells me settlement is for sure in the works ,along with adding our proof of insider trading being sealed ,so now we have the true value ,and our it proof not at all going out to the public all for a good reason reason ..settlement ...IMHO
