I am speculating that LLEG's attorneys are telling MBB to keep quiet and let them resolve the issues with the SEC privately. I'm guessing that MBB would love to discuss this openly (as we saw bits and pieces in interviews the first few days after the suspension) but his lawyers shut him up after that.
