You will find that evidence in the file at the offices of the SEC. I doubt that they will grant you access to that file. Another copy can be found at the offices of LLEG, specifically on the desk of the CEO, Michael B. Bartoszek. Since we are all shareholders of this company, and it is my opinion that CEO Bartoszek has an obligation to share this information with us, my suggestion would be to reroute your question to Bartoszek. Although, I doubt that he will give you an answer since he has chosen to keep quiet and hide behind his attorneys. It is certainly his right to do so, although if he were inncocent and the SEC only had questions, one would think he would be vigorously and openly defending himself and his company. I guess that is common sense to me, but hey, that's just me.
