rayfer, A few quick points, Nokia can release anytime, let me look, you never no, nope, nothing, If Nokia won this thing where is the release?

IDCC has been told, perhaps Janet has not.

IMO if there was bad news, it would have been out today, one the parties would have let it loose.

No leaks on this one, nothing special on volume from either camp.. Perhaps because there is nothing to leak,

your post gave me a good laugh. They way things have gone with IDCC over the years, I have almost gotten conditioned to expect that some more bad news or a delay or something else will happen just as we think we are about to arrive in the promised land. It reminds me of the scene in "Peanuts" where Lucy tells Charlie Brown to kick the football she is going to hold for him. She swears that this time she will not pull the ball out of the way just as Charlie is about to kick it but does anyway; just as she always does even though Charlie believes her one more time.
