yes, this is no secret. Please read my post below regarding this issue. This has been known since December when the plkans for merger were laid out. It needs to get done to accomodate the 46% ownership for Tac-air. Also, very important to note, that all shareholders owning more than 1% of the O/S will be locked out from selling for 1 year, so this entire 46% given to Tac-air plus TADF insider shares will be locked up for a year. Chart is extrememly bullish. The cup and handle breakout is imminent. GLTA

Hey nosecret, she's moving man. Some good hits on the ASK this a.m. Up 13% so far, this move is most likely in anticipation to Tac-air merger, may be announced as soon as monday, along with additional government contracts. "merger mondays" are great ;) GLTA
