for me it's not a good idea to bring the ss to light at this moment. if the company keeps it dark and according to the trade volume there days i would think the float is low and a run at least to .005 is a must.

positive here:
1, the drastically raised os suggests that the merger is complete.
2, the company is thinking seriously about the merger (some shares stay totally dark with merger rumor).

but the huge numbers now really make me unsure.
i will wait and hold until more details are released.
