lugan, Wave and mobile,

First, ICBW, that said, I do recall what you reference, but it think SKS is talking about the TCG there. Subsequent to that (in terms of years) SKS was asked about the mobile space and Wave's ambitions. SKS stated (and it gets confusing, we are not talking the most lucid person IMO) something to the effect that there was a baziollion PCs out there and if he (switching to singular now as memory serves) could get just a decent piece of that he would be happy ... hence effectively dismissing the mobile space.

Some Qs later, he migrated to a stay tuned with Wave and mobile, and later indicated wave will have some sort of product in this area.


While I again CBW, but as memory serves alea was among those who found that to be among the more interesting tidbits from that particular visit to the oracle.

One of the difficulties may be in the use of pronouns by SKS.

As frequently as not the 150 employees at Wave are referred to as "I", the scorres of companies in the TCG as "we" customers are variably "there" or "we" or (sometimes "I"?).


I (that's me, Dig Space) was as befuddled by SKS dismissing the mobile space as he did as I was pleased that he, or Wave, or they, or it, changed their tune on that.

This post falls largely in the "need to be right" category as how it went is neither here nor there at this point.
