As usual you are full of it. NSAI does not tell a company what it found. A company tells NSAI what it has found then NSAI does it's thing.

I must apologize, I was under the impression that an NSAI report dealt with hydrocarbon reserve estimates in a particular predefined area rather than either confirming or refuting anyone else's drilling results in those same but more specific areas.

If I am correct, then "lying" becomes mute.

I would naturally appreciate your input...minus assumptions of course.

badog, I think it's your continued assertion that the NSAI report is in ERHC's hands that is ruffling feathers. The company says it is not.

I happen to agree with you, I believe quite strongly that they have it, which puts you and I in the very odd position of saying the same thing... that ERHC is illegally withholding immeasuarably material information from its shareholders. That report should have been released as soon as they got it. There is nothing more material to the value of this company than that report.

If this Chad expansion is the company acting on that material information which was withheld form its shareholders they are in a HEAP BIG PILE of doo-doo.

The above is my opinion and could be wrong.
