As I understand it...it was after the NSAI report that ERHC stated that only biogenic gas was found. I assume that the NSAI report confirmed what SNP had told ERHC. If the NSAI report had said differently that would mean that management is lying.

So one has to decide whether to believe that there was only biogenic gas found...or that the NSAI report disputed that and management is lying. Neither is good...but one is worse than the other.
