True, but then it would have to be in agreement with nok if a release was ready before the morning of the ASM. I would wonder how important it is for nok to accomodate idcc. They never have so far. I would think if a release was to ready to go afterhours, it would be released then. I would think it would be preferrable to both. nic

Question..If the Parties settle and sign off on a 2G/3G Contract..Does that Instrument become the Surviving controlling document..and permit the Parties to pay their Arbitration Bill and destroy the Final Judgement..for SEC FD purposes? TIA

Unfortunately, as the morning moves toward the afternoon, I'm starting to think - as was the case yesterday - that we wont hear anything today. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the news was announced tomorrow am, shortly before the ASM. If I recall correctly, the company has a history in the last few years of making announcements right before the ASM.
