You know nothing about that. Do you know what was discussed? Do you know the actual relationship? Do you know if they really did contact him to meet with him? Do you know if they werent just some associates of people he knows in China? You only know what he stated in the PR, that he met with officials. Think about it realistically and you will realize how crazy it is to think that there will be a dual listing in China. Not saying impossible, but 99% unlikely.
I thought it was to find the elusive fortune cookies. Since they knew Mark they thought they would invite him to see if he had seen them on his side of the world ;)
