I was running on about 2hrs sleep and I still am... lol...

I asked some pretty pointed questions to Nadine about the BK when it would be canceled and when to expect a PR and if it would be included with the upcoming PR dealing with the reconciliation and resurrection of the APA/addendum... "she" "thought" that it wouldn't take till the preset Sept 6th court date we have to get the BK taken care of.... my own personal opinion is that....

#1 we'll get a PR this week or next dealing with the rejoining of Paul and Sam and any other tidbits that they may add...

#2 I agree with K9 it's gonna take a little bit to get the BK gone.. it may take till Sept 6th.. we'll just have to see.
