Brad, Here is an email that somebody posted here on the Hub, [ this caused a stir that William would email somebody about this, like he should have made it a pr or something... It was already public information before the heads up and I'm pretty sure the intention was to get it to "us" investors via the person emailed: (under it is a link to the filing)

Dear Shareholders and Concerned investors

Certain information has come forward where a formal complaint has
been lodged against the company. This complaint has been lodged by
persons associated or affiliated with the old management.

The company's lawyers are defending this complaint to the fullest
extent of the law and will do so to protect the integrity of Mammoth
and the shareholders of Mammoth Energy Group. The present Company will
not be affected by these actions in any way.

The Company honors its Agreements with its investors and is available
for its investors by emailing [e-mail].

We look forward to continuing to build the company throughout the
summer and are building our Non Executive board. I believe all
shareholders will be pleased with the advisors that we will be
bringing aboard. We expect to continue to lock up land claims
throughout the end of this quarter and into next. I expect to be
heading to Chile by the end of the summer to look at additional
properties and have discussions with other possible joint venture
partners. We will not allow any allegations to detract in any way
what Mammoth is doing.
