Hopefully someone will post what the actual lawsuit actually entails so we can draw our own conclusions. ( i believe once it is made available on PACER someone will post I am sure)

It should be a pretty cut and dry lawsuit that we should be able to figure out as W.L. stated "The present Company will
not be affected by these actions in any way."

So once we read what this lawsuit is about it should be extremely clear that it will not affect the company.

If I see something in the lawsuit that may affect the company I would have to question why such a statement would be presented.

Yep, and it is amazing that just a couple MMTE investors received the e-mail from Mr. L.

Yet almost all of us "INVESTORS" gave Mr. L our e-mail addresses and yet "MOST" of us got nada, zip, zilch!

And yet Mr. L asked us for our e-mail addresses to let us know what is going on and then we are left out of these so called important messages????? Smells awfully fishy to me ???
